Lead the technology implementation and final delivery of data sourcing, data analysis, data visualization and location intelligence projects across a broad spectrum of industry verticals and customer segments. Work closely with external customers in the US to cultivate relationships, understand customer requirements and translate requirements into actionable project plan. Research, seek and determine the best sources for geo-temporal and geospatial data to meet customer requirements through open and publicly available sources as well as proprietary sources. Work closely with the internal engineering team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Review the project scope, timelines and tasks working closely with the sales and business development teams. Contribute in the planning process to enhance the solution through technology, identify potential risk areas based on various factors such as timeline, budget, and technology constraints. Review technical architecture & design to meet the project requirements. Develop the implementation framework, help with setting tools and technologies required for the implementation. Identify the appropriate outsourced offshore vendor(s) in Asia across Taiwan and China. Collaborate with the outsourced offshore vendor(s) to ensure seamless integration with components delivered by internal engineering teams. Provide support for code review processes to ensure deliverables are of highest standards. Evangelize the data platform, data services, technology offerings and initiatives to potential new customers across multiple customer segments, including but not limited to, mobile advertising, marketing automation, advertising networks, ad exchanges, mobile operators, services providers, OEMs, IoT cloud platforms, large enterprises and mobile app developers. Research emerging technologies and develop solutions that will help sell innovative ideas to clients. Understand the overall business dynamics, strategic objectives, IT landscape and culture of each client's organization. Act as the client's trusted adviser on technology strategy, trends and best practices. Participate in presales activities and engage prospects. Help in hiring, resource planning, goal-setting and performance appraisals for technical staff, pre-sales and account managers.
Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Any), MIS, CS, CIS, Information Systems or any related field + 3 years of experience with the same or similar job duties but given another designation. Required travel to various client sites throughout the USA. Knowledge of information systems related to acquisition and management of geospatial visualization platforms and tools. Hands-on experience with data analytics and automated discovery of marketing insights and trends.
